Problems we are solving
Competitive socializing concepts: golf, bowling, darts, pickleball and many others continue to attract large crowds but lack variety of offerings to succeed long term. Many of these locations open extremely busy but then fall into the rut of a 20-30% falloff after year 1. They continue to struggle with low guest frequency (1-2x per year visits) and trying to reverse slowly declining sales trends.
Family entertainment centers (arcades, go karts, putting, other offerings) are always looking for the next big ‘attraction’ to draw wide-ranging demographic crowds to their facilities.
Golf entertainment concepts have been around for nearly two decades. They have evolved from very large (10-14 acre) outdoor facilities to small, indoor golf simulators and putting concepts
